Understanding the gravity of the situation, our team mobilized instantly, arriving on-site immediately to assess the damage and launch an emergency response.
What followed was a relentless 72-hour marathon. Working around the clock, we managed to salvage compromised hardware, recover essential data, and completely rebuild their system infrastructure from the ground up. Against all odds, within just three days, El Medany was back to full operational capacity. This rapid, precision execution didn’t just restore their systems—it saved their business continuity, allowing them to resume critical projects with minimal disruption.
Beyond 9-to-5: Unwavering Dedication to Band DES
Managing the technological backbone of Band DES required a strategy as dynamic and dedicated as the company itself. Entrusted with an infrastructure of over 49 devices—including critical servers and advanced firewalls—our mission was to ensure absolute continuity and security.

To ensure the Band DES team could work without interruption during business hours, we shifted our heaviest workloads to the background. Our team frequently performed complex maintenance and system updates well past midnight, often working until 1:00 or 2:00 AM.
This “invisible” dedication meant that while we burned the midnight oil, Band DES could operate at full speed every morning—secure, updated, and completely disruption-free.
